Welcome to RecoverLab. We are committed to delivering your recovery and wellness products safely and efficiently.

Please read our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

During holidays, promotional campaigns, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We always strive to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

5–10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

3. Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

4. Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your information, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped.

RecoverLab is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

Although delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, we will work with our logistics partners to help locate your shipment and resolve any delivery issues whenever possible.
